GIVING UP A GOLDEN
If for some
reason you find it necessary to relinquish your Golden
Retriever,
we
require owners to complete the Owner Surrender Form
found on this page. Please fill it out online and then email
to
mygldns@yahoo.com,
or you can print this form , complete it and fax to 239
236-1335.
PLEASE NOTE:
In order to expedite the surrender process, we suggest that
you email this completed form along with a digital photo of
your Golden Retriever. We will contact you within 24 hours.
We will accept
emergency ONLY surrenders (dog needing to be placed within 24
hours) by phone.
Please call the hotline at 239 514-2715 to receive more
information. You will still need to fill out the surrender
form found on this website.
